Return Policy
Our return policy only applies to order(s) that arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order number at our e-mail: support@shopdaine.com, or simply leave us a message on Facebook Messenger.

We are only able to process a refund or exchange for damaged and/or incorrect items within 3 days from the date you received the order. The date is based on the delivery logs of partnered courier companies.

We will need photos to verify the damage of the products, or to confirm which incorrect item(s) was wrongly shipped to you. We will bear the shipping fees for the return of the affected products but you must provide us with a copy of the receipt for the return shipping fee.
This helps us understand what went wrong, and allow us to prevent similar issues for you and other customers in the future.

Once the affected item is shipped back to our studio, we will proceed to shipping you a replacement order. If the product is no longer available, you may exchange for another product, otherwise a full refund of the damaged or incorrect item will be processed to you. 

Due to hygienic purposes, customers may not return any earrings sold from daine for exchanges or refunds, except the above mentioned reasons.

Damaged order
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We accept returns up to 3 days after the delivery has arrived to you. Please understand that we are not responsible for any damages to any of our merchandises once the items have been used or has past the eligible date for exchange.

The damaged product will be exchanged for a new one, and we will refund the full amount of the shipping costs used for the return. We will issue a full refund on the damage item if it runs out of stock.

Incorrect order
In the event that your order arrived incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We will try our best to sort this out.
