Shipping Policy
Daine currently only ships within Malaysia and only to Singapore due to Covid-19 restrictions. We'll be expecting to ship to more countries in the near future whenever it's possible.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders made during the weekends or during public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Please allow situational delays that may occur during seasonal holidays when we may receive high volume of shipments.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number at our email: support@shopdaine.com, and we will look into it for you.
We use NinjaVan to ship all our packages, you may track your order here. NinjaVan also provides updates from their end through e-mail.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, sorry for any inconveniences.
